Splinterlands is a leading NFT-based digital trading card game featuring competitive battles, blockchain ownership, and a player-driven economy. Began working on the Product Team in 2022, contributing to internal operations by developing product roadmaps and designing the employee handbook, helping formalize processes and align teams during a period of growth.

Created and maintained product roadmaps for Splinterlands, Splinterlands Tower Defense, and other projects translating long-term vision and feature goals into clear, actionable planning documents aligned with development milestones for the company.
Additionally produced internal artwork centered on Splinterlands’ core values, reinforcing company culture and providing visual assets used for internal communications and team alignment.
