Began working on the Product Team in 2022, contributing to internal operations by developing product roadmaps and designing the employee handbook, helping formalize processes and align teams during a period of growth.

Created and maintained product roadmaps for Splinterlands, Splinterlands Tower Defense, and other projects translating long-term vision and feature goals into clear, actionable planning documents aligned with development milestones for the company.
