Feuds Hollerpoint

Feuds Hollerpoint is a personal exploration of game UI design using the Feuds IP. The composition draws inspiration from Kirby Air Riders, particularly its bold, stylized approach to diegetic UI, where elements feel embedded directly within the game world. This project focuses on balancing readability and personality to reinforce theme, tone, and player immersion.

The Feuds brand was intentionally reinterpreted for this project, shifting away from traditional sword-and-sorcery toward a contemporary, grimdark sci-fi tone while preserving its Appalachian fantasy roots. A moody atmosphere was established through desaturated color palettes and a dusty, distressed visual language, reinforcing the setting’s sense of decay and tension.
